SHIPPING POLICY

Items are to be shipped within 3 - 4 business days if pre- made.However, items that are custom made, made to order or are wholesale should expect shipping to take place between 1 - 2 weeks. All products are shipped second class with royal mail, international post is shipped internationally standard and can take up to 4 - 5 weeks to arrive depending on state and region.

Please Note: Brexit changes outside the UK could require buyers overseas to pay an additional buyers tax fee.

Postal receipts (proof of postage) is kept for all sold products for a minimum of two months for potential items lost by the mailing service.

We Accept Cancellations

We accept cancellations within the 24 hour buying period

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
Eye masks (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Hygiene items should be returned in a sealed bag.
