As a small fashion designer boutique we pride ourselves in providing the best customer care we can and that is why we will respond to enquiries as quickly as possible and work hard to get your orders shipped to you within the designated time frame of production. 

We understand how important communication can be when buying from a small business and that is why contact is kept simple with myself being the main contact and help point for any queries you may have.

I don't accept cancellations
we don't accept cancellations on custom orders and bespoke works, however regarding our ready made products we will happily cancel orders made within 24 hours of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

  • eye masks (for health and safety reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Item must be unused and un - damaged to be accepted for returns.
